By purchasing from stupidrandom.co ("we," "us," or "our"), you acknowledge that you are purchasing absolutely nothing and will receive exactly that—nothing. These terms govern your purchase of our nothing products.
You are purchasing nothing. This is not a metaphor or placeholder. You will receive:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By completing your purchase, you agree to pay the selected amount for nothing. Prices are clearly displayed and you confirm the amount before checkout.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There are no refunds, exchanges, returns, or chargebacks. You are purchasing nothing and receiving exactly what you paid for. Since we deliver 100% of what we promise (nothing), there are no grounds for refunds. You waive any right to dispute charges with your payment provider or bank, as you are receiving exactly what was promised.
You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. If you are under 18, you must have explicit parental consent and supervision to complete any transaction.
Your name, social media link, and purchase amount may be displayed on our public leaderboard. This participation is optional—you may remain anonymous. Any testimonials you provide may be displayed publicly on our website.
stupidrandom.co and its operators are not liable for any damages, disappointment, existential crisis, or buyer's remorse resulting from your purchase of nothing. You acknowledge this is a novelty transaction. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid (which, ironically, was for nothing).
All content on this website, including our mascot, design, and the concept of selling nothing, is protected by intellectual property laws. The irony is not lost on us.
These terms are governed by the laws of Maryland, United States. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Maryland, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in Maryland. You waive any right to a jury trial for disputes arising from these terms.
By clicking "Continue to Checkout" or any purchase button, you are providing your electronic signature and agreeing to be bound by these terms. This electronic agreement is as valid as a written signature.
Information collected during purchase (name, email, social links, testimonials) may be stored, processed, and displayed publicly as described in these terms. We use Stripe for payment processing and Supabase for data storage. Your payment information is handled securely by Stripe and is not stored on our servers.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court, the remaining terms will continue to be valid and enforceable. The unenforceable portion will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when changes are made.
